At Drakos Combat Sports, we support individual athletes, academies, gyms, teams, clubs, organizations, retailers, distributors, and other businesses with flexible Bulk and Wholesale ordering options.

Although the terms Bulk Order and Wholesale Order are sometimes used interchangeably, Drakos distinguishes between them based on the purpose of the purchase.

1. BULK ORDERS

A Bulk Order is an order where a customer purchases multiple Drakos products primarily for their own use or for use by a group, team, academy, gym, club, institute, organization, or similar group.

Examples include:

·        A BJJ academy ordering Gis for its students

·        An MMA gym ordering Rashguards for its members

·        A wrestling team ordering Singlets for athletes

·        A martial arts school ordering customized training apparel

·        A club ordering matching combat sports gear

·        An organization purchasing products for its members or athletes

There is no fixed minimum quantity for a Bulk Order. Customers may order as little or as much as they need.

Bulk Orders may include:

·        Standard Drakos products

·        Custom products

·        Team or academy branding

·        Custom colors

·        Custom designs

·        Custom sizing

·        Patches

·        Sublimation

·        Embroidery

·        Personalized details

2. WHOLESALE ORDERS

A Wholesale Order is an order placed by a business, retailer, reseller, distributor, or other approved commercial customer for the purpose of reselling or commercially distributing Drakos products.

Examples include:

·        Retail stores purchasing Drakos products for resale

·        Online stores purchasing products for resale

·        Distributors purchasing Drakos products for commercial distribution

·        Resellers purchasing products for their customers

·        Businesses purchasing inventory for commercial purposes

There is no fixed minimum quantity for Wholesale Orders unless a particular product, quotation, or written commercial agreement states otherwise.

Wholesale pricing is handled separately from normal retail pricing and may be based on the product quantity, product type, customization, and other order requirements.

A Wholesale Order does not automatically create an exclusive distributorship, dealership, agency, territory, or reseller agreement with Drakos. Any such arrangement must be separately agreed upon in writing.

3. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS

Bulk Orders

Bulk ordering may be suitable for:

·        BJJ Academies

·        MMA Gyms

·        Combat Sports Gyms

·        Martial Arts Schools

·        Wrestling Teams

·        Boxing Clubs

·        Muay Thai Gyms

·        Sports Teams

·        Clubs

·        Institutes

·        Organizations

·        Coaches

·        Athletes purchasing for a group

·        Other groups requiring multiple products

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale ordering may be suitable for:

·        Retailers

·        Online Stores

·        Resellers

·        Distributors

·        Commercial Businesses

·        Sporting Goods Stores

·        Combat Sports Equipment Stores

·        Approved Commercial Partners

Drakos may request additional information where necessary to understand the purpose of a Wholesale Order or commercial relationship.

4. TYPES OF BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS

Bulk and Wholesale Orders may be placed using either existing Drakos products or customized specifications.

Standard Orders

Standard Orders use existing Drakos products, designs, colors, and specifications available through the Drakos website or current product catalog.

Where no custom design or modification is requested, a separate design mockup may not be required.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders may include:

·        Custom designs

·        Custom colors

·        Custom sizing

·        Team or academy branding

·        Logos

·        Patches

·        Sublimation

·        Embroidery

·        Personalized names or numbers

·        Custom fabric or thread requirements

·        Other approved modifications

Custom Orders may require artwork, specifications, and/or a 3D mockup for customer approval before production begins.

5. QUOTES & PRICING

Bulk and Wholesale Order prices may differ from the retail prices displayed on the Drakos website.

The final price for Bulk and Wholesale Orders depends primarily on the product quantity and the level of customization required.

Pricing may also depend on:

·        Total product quantity

·        Product type

·        Customization requirements

·        Product sizes

·        Fabric and material selection

·        Printing or sublimation

·        Embroidery

·        Patches

·        Custom designs and branding

·        Packaging requirements

·        Production complexity

·        Shipping destination

·        Shipping method

·        Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges

Different quantities and customization requirements may result in different prices.

A quotation provided by Drakos is based on the specifications available at the time the quotation is prepared.

If the customer changes the:

·        Quantity

·        Product

·        Size requirements

·        Design

·        Customization

·        Materials

·        Packaging

·        Shipping requirements

·        Or any other important specification

Drakos may revise the quotation accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation is valid only for the period specified by Drakos and does not guarantee the quoted price indefinitely.

6. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The payment procedure for Bulk and Wholesale Orders is the same as for basic/regular Drakos orders, unless a different arrangement is specifically agreed upon in writing.

Once a Bulk or Wholesale Order has been finalized and confirmed, the customer will follow the same payment process applicable to regular Drakos orders.

Production will begin after the required order confirmation and payment requirements have been successfully completed.

For Custom Bulk or Wholesale Orders, production will only begin after:

1.     The final specifications have been confirmed;

2.     The required design/mockup has been approved, where applicable; and

3.     The required payment process has been successfully completed.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

7. DESIGN, ARTWORK & MOCKUP APPROVAL

For Custom Bulk and Wholesale Orders, Drakos may provide a digital design, artwork preview, or 3D mockup for customer approval before production.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all approved specifications, including:

·        Design

·        Colors

·        Logos

·        Text

·        Names

·        Numbers

·        Placement

·        Sizing

·        Product type

·        Customization details

Once the customer approves the final design or specifications, production may begin.

Drakos is not responsible for customer-approved errors that were visible or reasonably identifiable before production.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, production delays, or may not be possible depending on the production stage.

8. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers may provide their own designs, logos, artwork, names, trademarks, or other materials for customization.

By providing such materials, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce them for the requested order.

The customer is responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from materials they provide to Drakos.

Drakos does not knowingly authorize the unauthorized reproduction of third-party copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials.

Drakos retains ownership of its own trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, product concepts, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. SIZING & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Customers placing Bulk or Wholesale Orders are responsible for providing accurate product specifications and sizing information.

For team, academy, or organizational orders, customers should verify all individual sizes before submitting final specifications.

Drakos may provide sizing guidance where available, but the customer remains responsible for selecting and confirming the final sizes.

Approved sizing information may not be changed after production begins.

10. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Before production begins, Drakos may contact the customer to confirm:

·        Customer information

·        Order details

·        Quantity

·        Product specifications

·        Sizes

·        Customization

·        Shipping address

·        Contact information

·        Design or artwork

·        Payment status

An order will not be considered fully confirmed until the required information and payment requirements have been completed.

Drakos may delay production where clarification or confirmation is required.

11. PRODUCTION TIME

Production time for Bulk and Wholesale Orders depends on:

·        Order quantity

·        Product type

·        Customization

·        Design complexity

·        Material availability

·        Current production capacity

·        Customer approval time

·        Other production requirements

Drakos will provide an estimated production timeframe where possible.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Customer delays in providing information, approving designs, confirming specifications, or completing required payment may extend the production timeframe.

12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Bulk and Wholesale Orders are shipped from the applicable Drakos production and fulfillment operations.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on:

·        Order quantity

·        Package weight

·        Package dimensions

·        Destination

·        Shipping method

·        Customer requirements

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Drakos will provide applicable shipping information or tracking details where available.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, public events, or other circumstances outside Drakos's reasonable control may occur.

For larger orders, Drakos may arrange shipping using a suitable carrier or shipping method based on the order requirements.

13. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

·        Customs duties

·        Import taxes

·        Brokerage fees

·        Clearance charges

·        Local taxes

·        Government fees

·        Other destination-country charges

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, such charges are not included in the quoted product price.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their destination country.

14. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect Bulk and Wholesale Orders as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

For team, academy, organizational, or commercial orders, customers should inspect the products before distributing or reselling them.

If there is an apparent issue, the customer should contact Drakos promptly and provide:

·        Order number

·        Description of the issue

·        Photos

·        Videos where helpful

·        Packaging information

·        Quantity affected

Early reporting helps Drakos investigate and resolve issues efficiently.

15. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If products arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should contact Drakos as soon as possible.

For shipping damage, customers should preferably report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

·        The product

·        The packaging

·        Shipping labels

·        Any visible damage

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for larger or customized orders.

Drakos will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include:

·        Replacement

·        Repair where appropriate

·        Credit

·        Refund

·        Other reasonable resolution

Any resolution remains subject to the nature of the issue, available evidence, applicable law, and the terms of the order.

16. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Bulk and Wholesale Orders may be subject to different return conditions than standard retail orders because they may involve larger quantities, customized products, special production, or commercial inventory.

Bulk Orders

Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return subject to the Drakos Return & Refund Policy.

Custom Bulk Orders are generally not returnable or refundable after production begins, except where:

·        The products have a manufacturing defect;

·        The products were damaged during delivery;

·        The products materially differ from the approved specifications or design;

·        Drakos made an error in fulfilling the order; or

·        A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale products purchased for resale are generally subject to the specific terms stated in the quotation, order confirmation, or written commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wholesale Orders are generally not eligible for return solely because the customer is unable to resell the products, changes business plans, has excess inventory, or no longer requires the products.

Custom Wholesale Orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after production begins, except for qualifying defects, incorrect products, material deviations from approved specifications, Drakos errors, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Customers should request cancellations or changes as early as possible.

Before production begins, Drakos may be able to accommodate a requested change or cancellation depending on the order status.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible because materials, labor, customization, and production resources may already have been committed.

For Custom Bulk and Wholesale Orders, customer approval of the final design or specifications is an important production milestone.

Any cancellation or change after approval may result in charges for work, materials, customization, or other costs already incurred.

18. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION & APPROVAL DELAYS

Customers are responsible for responding to Drakos communications within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in:

·        Approving designs

·        Confirming specifications

·        Providing sizing information

·        Confirming shipping details

·        Providing artwork

·        Completing payment

·        Responding to clarification requests

may delay production and delivery.

Drakos is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed customer information.

19. ORDER QUANTITIES & MINOR MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Manufacturing may involve minor variations that do not materially affect the product's intended use, including minor differences in:

·        Color

·        Placement

·        Measurements

·        Stitching

·        Printing

·        Fabric appearance

·        Finishing

Where products are manufactured using textile, printing, sublimation, embroidery, or similar processes, exact reproduction may not always be technically possible.

Drakos will make reasonable efforts to produce products according to the approved specifications.

20. WHOLESALE & RESELLER ARRANGEMENTS

A Wholesale Order does not automatically grant the customer:

·        Exclusive distribution rights

·        Territory rights

·        Dealership rights

·        Agency rights

·        Brand representation rights

·        Trademark licensing rights

·        Exclusive product rights

Any such relationship must be separately negotiated and confirmed in writing by Drakos.

Customers may not represent themselves as an official Drakos distributor, agent, authorized representative, or exclusive reseller unless Drakos has expressly authorized such status in writing.

21. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Website promotions, launch offers, seasonal discounts, coupon codes, or other retail promotions may not automatically apply to Bulk or Wholesale Orders.

Bulk and Wholesale pricing is generally quoted separately based on the requirements of the order.

Any discount or special pricing offered by Drakos will be stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

22. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Bulk and Wholesale Orders are subject to product, fabric, material, and production availability.

If a requested product or material becomes unavailable, Drakos may:

·        Offer an alternative;

·        Adjust the production schedule;

·        Modify the quotation with customer approval; or

·        Cancel the affected portion of the order where necessary.

Drakos will communicate material availability issues when reasonably known.

23. FORCE MAJEURE

Drakos will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

·        Natural disasters

·        Severe weather

·        War

·        Government restrictions

·        Political unrest

·        Labor disruptions

·        Transportation interruptions

·        Carrier delays

·        Customs delays

·        Power or infrastructure failures

·        Material shortages

·        Supplier disruptions

·        Public emergencies

·        Other extraordinary circumstances

Where reasonably possible, Drakos will communicate significant delays and work toward an appropriate solution.

24. POLICY CHANGES

Drakos may update or modify this Wholesale & Bulk Order Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the Drakos website with the applicable effective or updated date.

The policy applicable to an existing order will generally be the version in effect when the order was confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
